Streaks reset automatically if a daily lesson is missed. If you believe your streak was lost due to a technical issue, please email us at support@jeystack.com with the email address associated with your account. We'll look into it and do our best to make it right.

Karma Coins are Gita Streak's in-app virtual currency. You earn them by completing daily lessons, maintaining streaks, and hitting milestones. They can be used to unlock bonus content and cosmetic features within the app. Karma Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed outside of Gita Streak.

Yes! Your progress is tied to your account, not your device. Simply sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account on your new device and everything — your lessons, streaks, and Karma Coins — will be there waiting for you. Make sure you're using the same login method you used when you first set up the app.

You can request account deletion at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, progress, and Karma Coins. To get started, visit our Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions. We'll process your request within 30 days.
