In the body of your email, include the email address associated with your Gita Streak account and your full name. This helps us verify your identity before processing the request.

Our team will verify your identity, permanently delete your account and all associated data, and send you a confirmation email. The entire process is completed within 30 days of receiving your request.

California Residents — CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected about you. This page fulfills that right. We will process your verified deletion request within 45 days as required by California law. If we need additional time, we may extend this period by up to an additional 45 days and will notify you of the extension.

Other US State Residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Indiana, and Tennessee also have the right to request deletion of personal data under their respective state privacy laws (VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, TDPSA, OCPA, MCDPA, ICDPA, INCDPA, and TIPA).
